<Rewarded Video Ad>

1. What is Rewarded Video Ad?


  • You can watch a video ad by clicking on “Store”> “Get Beats” tab> “Watch video ads”.


  • You’ll get 3 Heart Beats after successfully watching 1 video ad.

  • Video ads can be watched a maximum of 15 times. The number of video ads you can watch watch will be reset daily at 00:00 (KST). Please note this is in Korean Time Zone.

  • The Heart Beats you earned can be checked in My Page> Beats> Earned.

 

2. I can’t watch Video Ads. 


  • Please check the message that appears after clicking “Watch video ads”. We’ll explain what’s going on for the different messages!😉

 

Case 1 - Exhausted Ads

Error message: “There aren't ads available at the moment. Please try again later.”

>> The amount of ads available for each country is different, and when ads are exhausted, the above message is shown. Please note that it is difficult for Mubeat to resolve such ad exhaustion issues😢 How about getting Heart Beats from missions, Beat Box, quizzes, etc?

 

Case 2 - Limit Per Device

Error message: “There aren't ads available as you have reached the maximum number of video ads watched on this device today. Please try again tomorrow.”

>> In order to prevent fraudulent voting, there is a limit to the number of ads that can be viewed on a device. When a user has watched the maximum number of ads for the day, the above message is shown. Therefore, even though a user has not watched all 15 ads but has reached the maximum number of ads watched on a device, the above message will be shown.

For this issue, please wait for your ad view count to reset before watching video ads!

 

 

Case 3 - Unknown Error

Error message: “An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later.”

>> The above message is shown when an unknown error has occurred. As a detailed check is required to resolve this particular error, we ask for your understanding and patience.

If you are experiencing this particular error message, please email the following information to support@mubeat.tv and we will get back to you ASAP.

Case 4  - iOS Ad Tracking

Error message: “Ad cannot be called. Please make sure there are no ad restrictions and that you are not in an ad-restricted region.”

>> Ads may not be shown for iOS device users who have restricted their ad tracking identifiers. Please check the settings below.

 


  • Turn off ad tracking restriction (Method 1): iOS Settings> Advertising> turn OFF “Limit Ad Tracking”

  • Turn off ad tracking restriction (Method 2): iOS Settings> Privacy> Tracking> Allow tracking for “Mubeat”

  • Please also check if iOS Settings> Screen Time> Content & Privacy Restrictions> “Advertising” is in the “Allow” state

 

3. I didn’t get Beats after watching Video Ads.


  • If you stop watching the ad, you will not get the Heart Beats. Please check the remaining time left for the ad!



<Mission Ad>

 

1. How do I participate in Tapjoy(Offerwall) missions?


  • You can see the mission page by clicking on “Store”> “Get Beats” tab> “Participate in missions”.

 


  • There are no limits to the daily number of participation for missions, and Beats are obtained when the conditions of the mission are met.

  • The conditions of the ad have to be met to obtain the Heart Beats, so please check the specific conditions for each ad. If you have already participated or already installed the app in the past, you are unable to participate in it again.

  • Obtaining Heart Beats after participating in offerwall missions may be delayed depending on the supplying company’s policy. If you have yet to obtain the Beats, please close and re-enter the app after some time. (Compensation may take 24 hours, so please check the compensation status until the following day.)

  • Heart Beats you get can be checked in My Page> Beats> Earned.

 

2. I completed a mission but didn’t get any Beats.


  • If you have not gotten the Heart Beats even after following the above notice, please contact the offerwall provider directly through the following channel. Please understand that it is difficult for Mubeat to check and resolve offerwall provider issues🙏

 

How to contact offerwall provider: Store> Get Beats> Click "Participate in missions" button> Click the hamburger button located on the top bar of the Tapjoy offerwall mission page> Reward Status> Reward Details> Click the request support button

 

3. It says there are no events I can participate in.


  • The above message is shown when there are no events available to participate in due to the number of available ads being exhausted.

 

4. It says my ad output is limited.


  • Error message: “Required for the use of ad service and the correct obtaining of reward. Reward cannot be obtained if tracking is limited.”

 

Ads may not be shown for iOS device users who have restricted their ad tracking identifiers. Please check the settings below.

 


  • Turn off ad tracking restriction (Method 1): iOS Settings> Advertising> turn OFF “Limit Ad Tracking”

  • Turn off ad tracking restriction (Method 2): iOS Settings> Privacy> Tracking> Allow tracking for “Mubeat”

  • Please also check if iOS Settings> Screen Time> Content & Privacy Restrictions> “Advertising” is in the “Allow” state
