Regarding Show! Music Core Global Voting Inquiries

This is the Mubeat Team.

First and foremost, thank you for your participation in Show! Music Core Global Voting. The voting guideline can be found within the voting page in the Mubeat app. Regarding other inquiries please refer to the following answers:

 

Q. How is Global Voting reflected in <Show! Music Core>?

A. Mubeat's Global Voting results are only reflected to <Show! Music Core>'s 1st place nominees (3 teams). The scores are distributed accordingly based on the Global Voting results.

Q. How do I register on Mubeat and verify my E-mail?

A. Registration is possible through E-mail and SNS (Facebook and Twitter), and account verification is done through E-mail verification. For a detailed explanation of E-mail verification, please click the URL below.

Q. Can I vote by registering with multiple accounts?

A. Mubeat is a global service and holds voting for global users.

Due to the nature of global voting, please understand that it is difficult to verify users through certification or mobile verification, etc, like other local services. Mubeat is continually putting its best efforts in preventing voting fraud. Registration using multiple temporary accounts by using irregular methods are not regarded as normal membership registrations and we are blocking such accounts.

Q. Ads cannot be viewed suddenly or the loading is too long.

A. In cases where you watch numerous ads continuously on one device or on one account, ad requests from that account or device may be blocked. If this is not the case, send an E-mail directly to support@mubeat.tv.

Q. Why can't I log in to the APP with an ID I registered with previously?

A. In cases where you used multiple E-mail accounts created using irregular Google ID or temporary E-mail issuing sites, it is not regarded as a regular registration and you will not be able to log in.

Q. I participated in an offerwall mission but did not get any Heart Beats.

A. Obtaining Heart Beats from offerwall mission may be delayed depending on the provider's company policy, so please close the app and check back after some time. For all offerwall AD missions, the conditions for the ad must be met to obtain the Heart Beats, so please check the specific conditions for each ad. If you have already participated or already installed the app in the past, you are unable to participate. 

If you have not obtained the Heart Beats even after following the above remarks, please contact the offerwall provider directly via the following channel.

Q. I watched an AD but did not receive any Heart Beats.

A. If you watch an ad by clicking the candidate on the voting page, the collected Heart Beats directly go to the candidate you have clicked. You can check your Heart Beat status and obtained/usage history on My Page>My Beats. 

Q. How can I get the Star Beats refunded?

A. For a refund, Mubeat follows the refund policy of the app market. 

Google Play Payment:


  • [Purchased in less than 48 hours] Access Play Store> Select Order History> Select [Report a problem]> Complete a form on your refund decision and submit

  • [Purchase passed 48 hours] Access Play Store> Visit Mubeat APP [Additional information]> Check developer's contact information and make an inquiry

Apple Payment: Log in and access to iTunes & App Store > Select Mubeat app's [Report a problem]> Report your refund decision and submit

*Please keep in mind that a full refund may take some time to be processed.

Q. I want to vote but I can not watch ADs or access the store. 

In cases where you did not download Mubeat from the official Google Play Store, or if you are residing in a region that does not support Google services (E.g: China), watching ads and accessing the Store may not be possible.


  • If functions like accessing the app or voting is not working properly, please download Mubeat from the official Store.

  • If you are unable to obtain Beats from accessing the Store and watching video ads, you can obtain Beats from completing offerwall ad missions.

Q. I have voted, but the number of votes was not updated immediately.

A. Mubeat vote is updated in real-time. However, occasionally, voting reflection may be delayed if a large number of participants vote at the same time.
